We are located in Roslyn, Washington, snuggled up on the East side of the Cascade Mountain Range with it's Pine Trees and recognizeable four seasons. Nothing, but beautiful all over the place. A historical coal mining town.
We are a HUD Section 8 subsidized property for seniors 62 or older or disabled house-holds of any age. We have project-based subsidy, so you will only pay 30% of your in-come for rent. All utilities are paid. We have one bedroom apartments in a garden set-ting with planting areas and a lovely community room.
